Hello to you. This painting is a unique addition to the Angel Collection. It is #16 in my set of 20. Cherubs were the characters I decided to use for this self challenge and as you can see these Angels come in all makes and models. I imagined the loss of loved pets by people. It it seems to be a good reason for the Cherubim. Earthly protectors guarding Gods throne on Earth and Heaven as Legend has it. Humanity needs all the protection it can get. Angelology is a an interesting study and can open many doors of the imagination. Historically recorded information is at your fingertips. I am a Christian artist with a very open mind.
